CIO onDemand was originally founded in 1998. Based on the reality that startups, small, and mid-sized companies have many of the same technology challenges as the Fortune 500, CIO onDemand is dedicated to providing critical expertise for companies that are not yet ready for a full-time CIO.

Leadership
Jeff Greenaway, Founder and Chief Consulting CIO, has more than 20 years experience designing, building and implementing technology solutions to business problems in manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries. Jeff helps industry leaders develop and implement technology strategies in support of business goals, manage complex projects and integrate systems and business processes across platforms.
Prior to founding CIO onDemand, Jeff was CIO at Bargreen Ellingson, one of the largest foodservice equipment distribution companies in the US, where he served on the executive committee. He was previously the VP of IT for Ryzex, a three-time “Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Company” company, transforming the IT department, building a high-availability infrastructure and leading the selection/implementation of a new ERP system and a suite of custom business intelligence tools.
Jeff serves on the advisory board for RoHealth, a healthcare staffing startup, is a consultant/advisor to venture capital and investment firms on ERP trends. and is a mentor for the WSU Business Growth MAP program. He is a certified PMP and CSM, earned an MBA and BABA from Seattle University, served on the Albers Alumni Board, and is a regular guest speaker on technology issues and during the annual Ethics Week.
